Accessibility

Quick introduction borrowed from WebAIM: http://www.webaim.org/intro/

The Internet, with its ability to serve out information at any hour of the day or night about practically any topic conceivable, has become a way of life for an impatient, information-hungry generation. Now, at the click of a mouse, the world can be at your fingertips - that is, if you can use a mouse... and if you can see the screen... and if you can hear the audio - in other words, if you don't have a disability of any kind.

Tir-na-nOg has been built taking into account the accessibility. However, this work is far from perfect due to the yet limited authors' knowledge in this field. However, the authors are commiting to enhanced this for the future.

This is the list of browsers that can fully appreciate all the features of this web site.
It works also with other browsers, but might not look as nice.

Internet Explorer does not support certain features and standards, this is why we did not add it in the above list. Tell me more about Internet Explorer and the W3C. To summarise, it has many bugs in its support of CSS1 (which was published in 1996!), also the support of CSS2 is scarced (published in 1998!). However, most criticism should be corrected in Internet Explorer 7, which is not yet ready.
